So as my dog's mobility continued to decrease, I went ahead and purchased a boot for his left foot. Helps, sometimes when I want to untie the straps from the hocks, I untie the ties that keep the toes up, and having different colored straps secures the boot faster. If you've never put boots on a dog before, especially ones that have fallen, they usually won't stay still for very long. Overall, I give this product five stars because it is a quality product, the customer service is excellent, and there really is nothing like it on the market.This weekend we did two walks that were over a mile each! I measured his foot size and still went with the largest foot pad for my 75# slender dog. He had never worn booties but took well to us introducing them. We started with 1 paw, then 2, next front versus back paws. He seems comfortable. My biggest surprise is how much dirt these boots keep off his paws. He has allergies to grass +. I am curious how these will work for him in the upcoming subzero weather/snow/ice this winter. We live in an extreme environment.

Back story my dog cut one of his paw pads in half; he ate the cone and the boot from the vet, then ripped his stitches out. So I had to keep it wrapped and have a protective bottom for it to heal properly. These boots worked perfect. I bought one set and the company suggested. I try the mesh as well. They were kind enough to send me a set To try the sizing is perfect if you actually measure the foot and he does not mind them being on. They are pretty cute too to see him running around with his little boots on even though he’s a 70 pound belgian malinois. They have a durable rubber bottom and 2 ankle straps to ensure they dont slip off easily. Highly reccomended all the way around!

This thing worked absolutely amazing. I gave my dog the confidence to walk across the slippery floor. She has a neurological problem and her right rear leg was knuckling so bad. This is a game changer. I am forever grateful
